What we collect
- Email address, when you join the waitlist or place an order, plus the field you said you're interested in.
- Order and shipping details, when you buy: name, address, and what you ordered. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and referral source.
How we use it
- To send drop announcements and order updates you asked for.
- To fulfil and ship orders.
- To measure which ads and pages actually work, so we spend less on ads.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed with the services that run the store: our commerce platform and payment processor, our print and fulfilment partner, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising providers. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Advertising and analytics
We use cookies and similar technology, including the Meta pixel and a server-side conversions API, to understand which ads lead to signups and sales. This may involve sharing a hashed version of your email with the ad platform for measurement. You can opt out of personalised ads in your ad platform's settings, and block cookies in your browser.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in its footer.
- Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@axiomathletics.shop.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe, and order records as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations.
