By browsing or ordering from Axiom Athletics you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we'll refund you in full if we do. Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
Made to order
Items are produced after you order them. Colours may vary slightly between screens and fabric, and print placement has a small production tolerance. See the returns page for exchanges and defects.
Intellectual property
The Axiom name, designs, and site content belong to us. You may not reproduce or resell the designs. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not rights to the artwork.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
